It is time to dance! 

Movement Medicine is coming back to Cape Town with a deep immersion through a 3 hour dance ceremony. Surrendering to the spirit of the dance, to the rhythm we will be dancing our prayers and inquiries, our gratitudes and intentions.

Movement Medicine is a contemporary dance practice, which brings together ancient wisdom through the intelligence of our own body and this modern world. Using our body and breath as our tools, allowing our dance to come out from deep within, from the most natural parts of us willing to move ~ this practice connects us with our own wisdom, our power and our purpose. 

In this ceremony we will be dancing for our own empowerment, for our hearts, our relationships and connections, for our passion and our joy, for the path we want to walk in our lives and for communities we are a part of.

Through our dance we will call in what supports our daily lives, we will let go of what no longer serves us, get in touch with our own truths and set intentions for the road ahead.
