This year Anna Sierpowska and I will be going on a new journey with the
13ᴛʜ ɢᴇɴᴇʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴏꜰ ᴍᴏᴠᴇᴍᴇɴᴛ ᴍᴇᴅɪᴄɪɴᴇ ᴀᴘᴘʀᴇɴᴛɪᴄᴇꜱʜɪᴘ ᴘʀᴏɢʀᴀᴍ

𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 is one year long program of deep transformation, empowerment, connection, inspiration and support for each individual to bring their life project into this world.

𝘼𝙋 is a space for deep exploration and meeting the Self where we are in this moment in time, a space of connection with dreams and visions for our life, and a space of learning tools and practices to bring those dreams into manifestation.

This is also a certified School of Movement Medicine program that opens the possibility to continue to Professional Training with Ya'Acov & Susannah Darling Khan - Creators of Movement Medicine

During this online session, Anna and I will share more about this specific 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 that will start on November 2025 in Poland.

This session is open to everyone interested.
